Must be low power consuption at least 2 cores (need as webserver) minimum 2Gb Ram and dont cost more than 200€.

After a research i end up in Intel Intel® Celeron® Processor J1900 (2M Cache, up to 2.42 GHz).

My mobo choice was the  Asrock Q1900-ITX.Low consuption 10W ,can handle up to 2 x DDR3/DDR3L SO-DIMM Slots (total memory up to 16Gb) ,decent graphics ,sound more than i need for a server ,Lan , 2 x SATA2 3.0 2 x SATA3 6.0,2 x USB 2.0 2 x USB 3.0 in mobo ,1 x USB 2.0 Header 1 x USB 3.0 Header.

I need a case not very expensive but again can deal with passive heating well.The first choice was IX-01B from Chieftec but no AC power no 5.25" (we still need the dvd's ) and bit expensive so after search more i end up to LC-1400mi .I wish for  more holes in the case for air and the AC Power be a bit less noisy but other than that very affortable include the power 200W on the price 2x usb in the front power led reset button , light case but still made of metal plastic parts in the front (if you build an mini ITX there are many choices and you can found better balance price/quality for you box depend on how much money you want to spend i wanted to keep it as low as possible).

Memory i bought 4Gb Ram from ebay (cost me 30$ you can buy from your local computer store is laptop memory so no hard to found and the price can be lower in my case ebay was cheaper in Netherlands i found the memory aroun 40€ with p&p)

By now many know that i am minter so my choice is Linux MINT.I try first LMDE (Linux Mint DEbian ) after installation i had one cpu and 2Gb ram.So i make the

apt update 
apt install linux-headers-686-pae linux-image-686-pae

ok then i had 4 cores and 4Gb ,nice.Hmmm then i had issues with the monitor maybe is my monitor and work for you but i had flickering and in order to stop with that i had to reduce to 800x600 not so nice ,i want as server and sometimes i need space for terminal and other programs to run ....

Finally clem and the minty penguins save the day ,Linux Mint 17 the winner.Install (always from a usb stick i write in my main desktop with image writer and since is usb 3 very fast,my advice is if you have time make different live usb and try yourself to choose the right one).I have pictures of inxi-F you can see the hardware the only add on is a Wifi usb stick cause i dont have ethernet yet(but even in wifi i have decent network).Pictures of the desktop you can see in sweet penguins [24].
